– Product Access: Partner can promote any product listed on the platform available for partner sales.
– Commission Margin: Partner can see the commission margin for each product.
– Payment Terms: Partner are paid out every Saturday of the week. After 3 working days of any product purchased and tested by the customer without a complain
– Partner Support: Access to Nophlix management and partner manager for any issues or concerns.
– Partner Community: A dedicated community for affiliates to receive updates and information.
– Registration: P must sign up and fill out the affiliate form properly.
– Upload Full Details: Partner must upload their full details and a live photo shot during the registration process.
– Approval: Nophlix will review and approve partner registrations.
– Marketing Equipment: Nophlix provides approved marketing materials, including videos and guides.
– Content Standards: Partner must adhere to Nophlix standards and not create content that is misleading or harmful.
– No Scamming: Partners are not allowed to use the platform to scam customers.
– Transactions: All transactions must be done through Nophlix accounts and receipts.
– Shipping: Nophlix Marketplace is responsible for shipping products.
– Commission Visibility: Partner can see their commissions immediately after a successful transaction.
– Commission Payment: Partner are paid out every Saturday of the week. After 3 working days of any product purchased and tested by the customer without a complain
– Warning: Partner will receive a warning for non-compliance with Nophlix Marketplace’s policies.
– Suspension: Partner may be suspended from promoting Nophlix Marketplace products for repeated non-compliance.
– Termination: Partner may be terminated from the affiliate program for severe or repeated non-compliance.
– Customers can see products listed by vendors on the website and make reviews, but they do not have direct access to vendors. All customer inquiries and concerns will be directed to Nophlix Marketplace customer support.
– Nophlix Marketplace reserves the right to modify or update this partner Policy at any time without prior notice.
